Our commitment

21 Century Property Management wants every owner, tenant, applicant and vendor to be able to use 21stcenturypm.com, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our website accessible and easy to use for everyone, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.

This commitment reflects the same values we bring to our work under Federal Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California law: treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). • Owner, tenant and vendor login portals, online applications, leasing and rent payment, which are hosted by our property management software provider.
• Rental listings syndicated to outside listing websites.
• Embedded maps provided by Google Maps.

We choose partners that share our commitment to accessibility where we can. If you have trouble using any of these services, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are working on include:

• Some images and icons may not yet have descriptive text alternatives.
• Animated number counters and decorative motion may not be announced clearly by screen readers.
• Older blog posts and uploaded documents, such as PDFs, may not meet current standards.
• Embedded maps may be difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader. Our office address is also listed in text on every page.
